Head of Congregation

Pastor Dennis Fetter

Pastor Dennis Fetter is originally from Ligonier, PA where he grew up while attending the Lebanon Evangelical United Brethren Church. In 1966 he became a member of that congregation. Two years later the church became a United Methodist congregation with the merger of the Evangelical United Brethren and Methodist Churches to form the United Methodist Church. He attended Alderson – Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia where he received his bachelor’s degree in Religion and Philosophy. He also attended the Methodist Theological School in Delaware, Ohio where he received his master of divinity degree. He began serving as a pastor in the United Methodist Church in June of 1980. He was ordained an elder during the 200th anniversary of Methodism in June of 1984.

He has served congregations in small towns, rural and urban areas. He comes with a passion to bring the world to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. He believes that our task as Christians is to love everyone and help them to know more about Jesus so that they might accept his gift of eternal life.
